Philipp Schoeller is a Founding Partner of General Capital Group, an investment firm domiciled in Munich, Germany, focusing on public and private equity projects as well as single-largest shareholder positions in German large caps. Philipp Schoeller initiated the takeover projects of Continental and Deutsche Telekom; examples of successful GenCap investments: 4.9% in VW, ThyssenKrupp, Siemens, Infineon, Lanxess. Prior to this, in 1995, he founded GCI Management, a venture capital firm, where he served as a Partner until 2001, after having established GSM, a Munich-based buy-out firm, in 1989. Philipp Schoeller began his career at the Boston Consulting Group as an Associate/QCL of the London, UK, and Munich, Germany, offices.
Philipp obtained a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD.

Walter Raizner was a member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG. As CEO of T-Com he was responsible for the broadband, internet, fixed line and network business. Prior to his time at Deutsche Telekom he held various world-wide senior management positions at IBM. Amongst others he served as Chief Operating Officer of IBM‘s Technology Group, President and General Manager IBM Storage Group and as Chief Executive Officer of IBM Central and Eastern Europe. He was also a member of IBM’s world-wide Executive Management Committee and held various board positions for the company. Walter Raizner served as Member of the former German Chancellor‘s “Innovation Council“. He was Vice President of BITKOM (largest German Industry Association) and member of the Board of the association of the German Industry Foundation (Stifterverband).
Walter Raizner holds a degree in Economics and Information Technology from the University of Nuremberg, Germany.

Johannes has over 20 years experience in the finance industry with a focus on value creation and transaction structuring at GBC, GenCap and Allianz in the range of several billion Euro including emerging market projects. He holds multiple additional board positions. Earlier in his career Johannes worked as a Risk Manager at Allianz, Munich and for the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group.
Johannes holds an MBA from the Colorado State University, USA, and an MBA as well as a MSc in Economics from the University of Passau, Germany.
